# Your creator dashboard, analytics and wallet This guide is for verified creators who want to read their numbers and get paid. It walks through the Dashboard tiles, the Analytics page and its exports, and the Wallet with its Stripe payout account. You end with a connected payout account and a clear picture of where each euro shows up. ## Before you start - Sign in and open **Creator Dashboard** from the top-right account menu. Every page in this guide lives in the Creator Hub sidebar: **Dashboard**, **Analytics** and **Wallet**. - Verification matters here. Unverified creators see locked tiles and a locked Wallet, so apply for verification first if you have not yet. - For payouts, have your bank details ready. Stripe may also ask for an identity document during onboarding. ## Step 1 — Read the Dashboard tiles The Dashboard opens on four channel tiles for the **Last 30 days**: **Total views**, **Avg retention**, **New followers** and **Comments**. The **View analytics →** link under them opens the full Analytics page. Below the tiles: - **Recent activity** lists new comments, followers and tips as they happen, and lets you reply to a comment inline. - **Earnings** shows the month to date split into **Tips** and **Support**, with a progress line toward your first payout and, once you are eligible, the days until the next payout. **Open Wallet →** jumps to the Wallet. - **Drop a video anywhere to upload** is a live drop target. Drop a file on the page and the upload starts. The controls at the top set the scope for everything on the page: - Date range presets **7 days**, **30 days**, **90 days** and **All time**, or **Custom** with **From** and **To** dates and **Apply**. - A **Category** filter, defaulting to **All categories**. Five stat cards summarize the range: **Qualified views**, **Watch time (hours)**, **Average retention**, **New followers** and **Revenue in range**. Watch time and retention are estimated from watch progress. Below them, six charts: **Views over time**, **Engagement over time**, **Retention curve**, **Performance by category**, **Revenue by source** and **Follower growth**. The **Top Performing Videos** table at the bottom sorts **By Views**, **By Revenue** or **By Retention**. Click a video in it to scope every card and chart to that one item, and use **Clear scope** to go back. The file covers exactly what is on screen: the selected range, category filter and item scope. Support credits are account-level, so while a category filter or item scope is active the revenue figures cover tips on the filtered items only. [[img:creator-dashboard-and-wallet/03-analytics-export.png|The Export menu opened with the Export CSV and Export PDF options.]] ## Step 4 — Open the Wallet **Wallet** shows two cards at the top: - **Available balance**: your confirmed earnings. Earnings clear for payout 7 days after they are confirmed; until then they count as on hold. - **Lifetime earnings**: total confirmed earnings, all time. Once your cleared balance reaches the payout minimum, a **Next payout** card appears with the scheduled date. Further down, **Revenue by source** splits **Tips** and **Support** into lifetime and this-month columns. In the **Payout account** section, click **Connect payout account**. Stripe's onboarding form opens inside the page and asks for your personal and bank details. Complete it once; the card then reads **Payout account connected** and monthly payouts go to that account. If you leave before finishing, the card reads **Onboarding incomplete** and offers **Resume**. Nothing you entered is lost. If Stripe does not support payouts in your country yet, the card says so and your earnings keep accruing in the meantime. Each row shows the date, the **Type** (**Tip** or **Support**), the source (a film, a **Profile tip** or **Recurring support**), the status (**Confirmed**, **Pending** or **Failed**) and **Your earnings**. Click **Show breakdown** on a row to see the full split: **Amount paid**, **Payment processing**, **Net**, **Your 90%** and **Platform 10%**. Until your first tip arrives, the section reads **No earnings yet**. **Payout history** below it lists every monthly payout with its amount, status (**Sent**, **Processing** or **Failed**) and Stripe reference. [[img:creator-dashboard-and-wallet/06-transactions.png|The Transactions section in its empty state above Payout history.]] ## Good to know - Revenue split: you keep 90% of every tip and Support payment after payment processing; the platform keeps 10%. - Payouts run monthly and automatically, once your cleared balance is at least €25.00 and your payout account is connected. Below that floor, the balance carries over to the next run. - The hold period is 7 days from confirmation. Amounts on hold still show in **Available balance** but are not paid out yet. - A payout sends a notification either way: **Your payout is on its way** when it is sent, **Your payout didn't go through** if Stripe rejected it (the amount is re-queued for the next run), and **Reconnect your payout account** if the account cannot receive funds. - Tips can be switched off per film with **Allow tips on this video** in the film editor. Support is account-level and does not depend on a film. - Amounts in the Wallet and Analytics are in euros.
