1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms#
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and MGR Group UAB, a company incorporated in Lithuania with its registered office in Vilnius ("Fluttercube", "we", "us"). They govern your use of Fluttercube, the streaming platform for AI-generated films we make available online, currently at fluttercube.vercel.app and at any other domain we operate for the Service (the "Service"). Our full company details are in Section 15.
By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use Fluttercube.
The Privacy Policy (at /legal/privacy) and the DMCA Policy (at /legal/dmca) form part of your agreement with us. These Terms are effective from 11/08/2026.
2. The Service#
Fluttercube is a streaming home for AI-generated films and series. Watching is free: you never pay to stream. An account lets you like, follow, comment, keep a watchlist, and support creators with money.
Viewers can support creators in two ways: one-time tips and monthly Support subscriptions (Section 7). Creators keep ownership of their work, publish after verification, and receive payouts through Stripe (Sections 4 and 8).
Some titles are age-rated 16+. Watching them requires a signed-in account and a one-time date-of-birth confirmation. If the date of birth you confirm shows you are under 16, age-rated titles remain locked for your account.
We continually develop the Service and may add, change, or remove features. Material changes to these Terms are handled under Section 13.
3. Eligibility and accounts#
• You must be at least 16 years old to hold a Fluttercube account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to tip, buy a Support subscription, or monetise content as a creator.
• One account per person. Do not share your account, sell it, or create accounts on behalf of others.
• Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. If you suspect unauthorised use, contact us immediately via the in-app contact form.
• You can sign up with email and password or, where available, a supported sign-in provider. Email sign-ups must confirm their email address before the account is active.
Every account starts as a viewer account. Becoming a creator is free and uses the same account. Publishing films and earning money require creator verification: you apply with a short application, confirm that the work you submit is your own and that you hold the rights to publish it, and agree to the creator terms and content policy set out in these Terms (in particular Sections 4 to 6). If an application is rejected, you can reapply after the cooldown period shown in the app.
You can delete your account at any time from Account settings. Creator accounts with outstanding earnings are subject to the settlement rules in Section 8.
4. Creator content and licence#
You own your content. Uploading to Fluttercube does not transfer ownership of your films to us.
By uploading content, you grant MGR Group UAB a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, encode, transcode, stream, reproduce, publicly display, and promote that content within the Service, including generating thumbnails, previews, and listings, for as long as the content is on the platform. This licence ends when your content is removed from the Service, except that we may retain copies as required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes, and content subject to an open copyright case remains governed by the process in Section 9.
By uploading, you warrant that:
• The content is an AI-generated film consistent with the platform's purpose (Section 5).
• You hold all rights needed to publish and monetise it worldwide, including rights in all underlying materials: source footage, music, voices, likenesses, scripts, prompts, and any third-party assets.
• The terms of every AI tool, model, or service you used permit you to distribute and commercialise the output on a platform like Fluttercube.
• The content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, personality, or other rights, and does not violate Section 6.
Before publishing, you must declare the primary AI tool used to create each film; this declaration is required and displayed as part of the platform's provenance labelling. We may remove content that violates these Terms, and we may decline or revoke creator verification. You are solely responsible for your content; we do not pre-screen uploads and we do not endorse creator content.
5. AI-content transparency#
Everything on Fluttercube is AI-generated and is presented as such. Every title on the platform carries an AI label, and creators must declare the primary AI tool used before a film can be published.
Do not upload content that is not AI-generated, and do not misrepresent how content was made. Misleading AI provenance is a reportable violation (Section 6) and can lead to removal of content and loss of creator status.
This platform-wide labelling reflects our transparency posture under Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689): content on Fluttercube is AI-generated and disclosed as AI-generated.
6. Acceptable use#
Do not upload content or behave in ways that harm others or the Service. Prohibited in particular:
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual-property rights, or that uses a real person's likeness or voice without the right to do so.
• Illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material and terrorist content.
• Harassment, abuse, hate speech, or threats against any person or group.
• Explicit or shocking content that is unlawful or that evades the platform's age-rating controls.
• Spam, scams, misleading practices, or manipulation of views, likes, tips, or other platform signals.
• Misrepresenting AI provenance, including presenting content as AI-generated when it is not or hiding material facts about how it was made.
• Interfering with the Service: probing or circumventing security, scraping, distributing malware, or automated access that degrades the Service.
• Payment abuse, including tipping yourself through other accounts, using the platform to launder money, or any fraudulent payment activity.
Reporting: every published video and comment has a Report option with categories including spam, harassment or abuse, explicit or shocking content, copyright or IP concern, misleading AI provenance, and other. Reports are reviewed by a human moderator; nothing is removed automatically by the act of reporting. Copyright reports follow the DMCA Policy at /legal/dmca.
Moderation: we may remove or unpublish videos, hide comments, decline or revoke creator verification, and suspend accounts (Section 10). Moderation outcomes are communicated to the affected creator and to reporters.
7. Tips and Support subscriptions#
All amounts on Fluttercube are in euro (EUR). Payments are processed by Stripe. If your card is not denominated in EUR, your card may be charged in your local currency; any currency conversion is applied by Stripe or your card issuer at their rate, and Fluttercube does not add a currency-conversion fee of its own. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our systems; if you save a card for one-tap payments, it is stored with Stripe and shown to you only as brand and last four digits.
Tips. A tip is a voluntary payment to a creator to appreciate their work. It does not buy access to content, perks, goods, or services in return.
• Tips require a signed-in account and go from EUR 2 to EUR 1,000 per tip.
• You cannot tip yourself. Tips can only be received by verified creators whose accounts are in good standing.
• You pay the amount you choose. Stripe's processing fee is deducted first; the remainder is split 90% to the creator and 10% to the platform. The fee breakdown shown before you pay is an estimate; the exact fee is set when the card payment clears.
• A tip counts only once the payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, nothing is charged and the creator is credited nothing. You receive a receipt by email for every confirmed tip. Your identity as a tipper is not shown to the creator.
Support subscriptions. Support is a monthly subscription to a creator, from EUR 3 to EUR 1,000 per month.
• Support is recognition only: you get a supporter badge and a spot on the creator's public supporters list. No content is gated behind Support, and recognition is identical at every amount. Your name appears publicly on the supporters list.
• You are charged when you start the Support and then every month. You can hold one active Support per creator, and you cannot support your own channel.
• Cancel anytime in Payments & Support in Account settings. Your Support stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and simply does not renew. There is no partial-month refund on cancellation, except where the law requires one.
• If you change the monthly amount, the new amount applies from the next renewal; there is no mid-cycle charge.
• If a renewal charge fails, the creator is credited nothing for that cycle. Stripe retries the payment; if it keeps failing, the subscription lapses.
• Card updates and invoices for Support are handled in a Stripe-hosted billing portal, reachable from Payments & Support in Account settings.
Refunds. Tips and Support charges are non-refundable except where the law gives you a right to a refund (see Section 12). There is no automated refund mechanism in the app; if you believe a charge is wrong, contact us via the in-app contact form and we will review it. Where a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may adjust or recover the corresponding creator earnings.
8. Creator payouts#
Verified creators receive their earnings through Stripe Connect.
• To get paid, you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding, including the identity verification (KYC) that Stripe requires. One payout account per creator. Availability depends on Stripe's supported countries.
• Your earnings are your 90% share of the net amount of each confirmed tip and Support charge (Section 7). Balances are derived from the transaction ledger; your Wallet shows available, on-hold, and lifetime earnings.
• Each confirmed credit is held for a verification period (currently 7 days) before it becomes eligible for payout.
• Payouts run monthly, on the 1st of each month. Each run pays your full payout-eligible balance, provided it has reached the payout minimum (currently EUR 25). Balances below the minimum roll over to the next run.
• If you have no ready payout account at run time, your balance is held for the next run and you are notified to connect or repair your account.
• If a payout transfer fails, the amount is automatically re-queued for the next monthly run and you are notified in-app and by email. Your balance is not reduced by a failed payout.
• Once a payout is sent, bank arrival timing depends on your bank; it usually lands within a few business days.
• Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. You are responsible for declaring and paying any income tax, VAT, or other taxes that apply to you. We do not withhold taxes from payouts.
Account deletion and settlement: if your confirmed balance has reached the payout minimum, or a payout is in flight, account deletion waits until settlement is complete. A positive balance below the payout minimum cannot be paid out; deleting your account in that state requires you to explicitly acknowledge forfeiting that balance.
9. Copyright and DMCA#
We respect intellectual-property rights and operate a notice-and-action process for copyright complaints. The full process, including exactly what a notice and a counter-notice must contain, is in the DMCA Policy at /legal/dmca.
Copyright notices go to: Copyright Agent, MGR Group UAB, email dmca@fluttercube.com.
In short:
• On receipt of a valid copyright notice, we remove or disable access to the identified content and notify the uploader.
• The uploader may submit a counter-notice meeting the statutory requirements, including consent to jurisdiction and a statement under penalty of perjury.
• If we receive a valid counter-notice, we provide the claimant with a copy of it. Unless the claimant notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the infringement, the content becomes eligible for restoration once the statutory window of 17 U.S.C. §512(g) — not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the valid counter-notice — has run. The content stays down for the entire window, and restoration is carried out by our team after review; it is not automatic.
• If court action is recorded, the content stays down and the case is closed.
We route and record copyright disputes; we do not adjudicate the underlying claim. Every case is handled by a human and documented on an audit trail.
Repeat infringers: we suspend or terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
10. Suspension and termination#
We may suspend or restrict your account, remove your content, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if the law requires it, or to protect the Service and its users. If we remove or unpublish your content, or suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, we will tell you the reasons and how to appeal, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
While an account is suspended:
• It cannot receive any money: tipping and Support for that creator are switched off, and monetisation stays off even for a verified creator.
• The account's public profile page is unavailable to other users, and the account is excluded from supporter recognition.
• A suspended viewer cannot become a creator.
If you believe a suspension or a moderation decision is wrong, you can appeal by contacting us via the in-app contact form. Appeals are decided by a person, not solely by automated means; we tell you the outcome and the reasons. If we terminate a monetising creator's account, we give the creator a statement of reasons at least 30 days before termination takes effect, unless a legal obligation, repeated infringement, or a similarly serious reason requires immediate action.
You can stop using Fluttercube at any time and delete your account from Account settings, subject to the creator settlement rules in Section 8. On deletion, your profile and your videos are removed. Comments you posted remain with your authorship anonymised so conversations stay intact, and certain records (for example financial records) are retained in de-identified form where the law requires it, as described in the Privacy Policy (at /legal/privacy).
Sections that by their nature should survive termination do survive, including Sections 4 (licence for the period content was live, and record retention), 9, 11, 14, and any accrued payment obligations.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability#
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features. Content on Fluttercube is created and uploaded by creators; creators are responsible for their content, and we do not endorse it.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of EUR 100 and the amounts you paid to us through the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
• intent or wilful misconduct,
• gross negligence,
• death or personal injury caused by our negligence,
• fraud, or
• any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory rights are not affected by this section (see Section 12).
12. EU consumer rights and the 14-day withdrawal right#
Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory laws of the country where you live, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and digital services under EU law. Where these Terms conflict with those rights, your statutory rights prevail.
Tips: a tip is a one-off payment that is executed immediately. By confirming a tip, you expressly request immediate execution and acknowledge that once the payment is fully executed, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. This does not affect your other statutory rights.
Support subscriptions: your Support starts immediately (badge and supporters-list recognition begin right away), and by starting it you expressly request that performance begin before the withdrawal period ends. You may withdraw from a new Support subscription within 14 days of starting it by contacting us via the in-app contact form; we will refund the amount paid, less a proportionate amount for the period already provided. Independently of withdrawal, you can cancel anytime in Payments & Support in Account settings, in which case the Support runs to the end of the paid period and does not renew.
13. Changes to these Terms#
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add features, or for legal or security reasons.
For material changes, we will give you at least 15 days advance notice by email or by a notice in the Service before the new Terms take effect, and a longer period where the changes require creators to make significant adaptations. If you keep using Fluttercube after the effective date of the updated Terms, you accept them. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your account before the changes take effect.
The current version and its last-updated date are always shown at /legal/terms.
14. Governing law, venue, and consumer disputes#
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you habitually reside.
Disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and proceedings against you may only be brought there, in accordance with EU jurisdiction rules.
If you are a consumer, you can also raise a dispute out of court. In Lithuania, the competent alternative-dispute-resolution body for consumer disputes is the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lt). You may also contact the consumer-protection authority in your own EU country. The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued in July 2025; the bodies above are the available out-of-court routes.
For data-protection matters, the supervisory authority for MGR Group UAB is the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI); see the Privacy Policy (at /legal/privacy) for how to exercise your data rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force.
